1. Suite License Grant
By purchasing the Titan Ultimate Server Suite, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use all included applications (Editor, Backup, Discord Bot - All Modules) for managing your MuOnline server(s). This license is valid for the duration of the purchased plan.
2. Identity, Data Collection & Privacy
To verify ownership and secure your license, we collect and store the following data:
- Personal Information: Your Full Name and Email Address (provided securely via PayPal) are linked to your License Key.
- Hardware ID (HWID): Used to lock the software to your specific machine and prevent unauthorized sharing.
- IP Address: Logged for security audit and anti-fraud purposes.
This data is strictly used for license validation and is never sold to third parties.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or crack the software.
- Share, resell, or redistribute your license key.
- Attempt to move the license to a different PC/Server (License is locked to 1 device. Changing hardware requires a new license).
- Use the software for malicious purposes.
Violation of these terms will result in immediate license termination without refund.
4. Refund Policy (Digital Goods)
Since Titan Editor is a digital product with instant delivery, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the license key has been generated and sent to your email. Please use the 5-Day Free Trial to ensure compatibility before purchasing.
